Quoting/Selling Web Appliances
Please make sure you always quote and sell the bridge mode appliance models: WS500B / WS1100B. We have found that many web appliance customers purchase the non-bridge mode models and then change their mind and want to use bridge mode. The “B” models are easily identified on Sophos price lists. Please quote/sell these as the default going forward.
